Anna Semenova
Founder & Executive Director
Anna founded Path to Russia in 2019 after a decade working in education and cultural exchange across East Africa. She leads the organisation's strategy, partnerships and programmes from the ground up.
The wider team
David oversees delivery across all five PTR programmes, working with regional coordinators and school partners in all 11 counties.
Grace manages relationships with county education offices and community organisations, building the network that keeps programmes rooted in local needs.
Peter brings ten years of coaching experience to the field. He manages all tournament logistics and coaches training across the coastal counties.
Based in KwaleFatuma coordinates all programme activity across Kwale and Taita Taveta, managing local partnerships, volunteer networks and community events.
Based in KwaleIbrahim designs and delivers the coding curriculum across Nyanza and Western counties, mentoring facilitators and building the next generation of local teachers.
